Rachel worked very hard to stay on top of all issues from house issues to loan issues. I purchased a 96 year old house so there were a myriad of issues relating to inspections and work (lead paint, etc.). Rachel stayed on top of all the issues and was helpful in referring to appropriate inspectors and housing experts. Also, the loan process was a complete nightmare and Rachel worked diligently with the loan broker to resolve and verify all requests. Hands down I would highly recommend her.
